BudgetFlow is a financial management SaaS application that helps users manage budgets, record expenses, track income, and understand their financial activity across mobile and web experiences.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and financial information you choose to store in our service. This policy clearly explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may also retain information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, or maintain security and backup records.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the application after changes become effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.

Account Deletion

If you create an account in BudgetFlow, you can request deletion of your account and associated data from inside the app or from our public web page.

You can submit a deletion request at https://BudgetFlow.ma/delete-account or by contacting us at privacy@BudgetFlow.ma. After verification, we aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.

  • Data deleted: account profile, financial records, expenses, income, budgets, wallets, categories, notes, and related app data.
  • Data we may retain: limited records required for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security logs, or legitimate business obligations.
  • Temporary copies: backup copies may remain for a limited period before being securely overwritten or deleted according to our backup cycle.

Google Play Data Safety

For Google Play Data safety purposes, our disclosures are intended to match how the app handles data in practice.

  • Collected data: name, email address, financial records entered by the user, device identifiers, IP address, app activity, diagnostics, and technical logs.
  • Shared data: limited data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, support, or legal service providers where necessary to operate the service.
  • Security practices: data is transmitted over secure connections where supported, and access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems.
  • Data sale: we do not sell personal or financial data.

Mobile App Permissions
