BudgetFlow is a financial management SaaS application that helps users manage budgets, record expenses, track income, and understand their financial activity across mobile and web experiences.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and financial information you choose to store in our service. This policy clearly explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account data: such as your name, email address, password credentials, account settings, and other information you provide when creating or managing your account.
• Financial data: such as expenses, income records, budgets, wallet or account labels, categories, notes, reports, and other financial information you enter into the application.
• Device and technical data: such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, app version, pages visited, log data, crash data, and usage timestamps.

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the application and its financial management features.
• To create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
• To personalize the user experience, including dashboards, reports, budgets, categories, and relevant app settings.
• To monitor service performance, analyze usage trends, identify errors, improve security, and understand how users interact with the application.
• To send important service notices, security alerts, account updates, and administrative messages.

We may use analytics tools to help us understand application performance, feature usage, technical issues, and general user behavior. Analytics data is used to improve reliability, usability, and security. Where possible, analytics information is aggregated or limited to data that does not directly identify you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or financial data.

We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: trusted service providers that help us host, store, secure, maintain, and deliver the application.
• Legal obligations: when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, our company, or the public.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. These safeguards may include encrypted connections, password protection, access controls, secure servers, database security measures, monitoring, and regular maintenance of our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have rights regarding your personal data.

• Access: you may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Modify: you may update, correct, or request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Delete: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business retention requirements.

The application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may also retain information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, or maintain security and backup records.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the application after changes become effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.

If you create an account in BudgetFlow, you can request deletion of your account and associated data from inside the app or from our public web page.

You can submit a deletion request at https://BudgetFlow.ma/delete-account or by contacting us at privacy@BudgetFlow.ma. After verification, we aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.

• Data deleted: account profile, financial records, expenses, income, budgets, wallets, categories, notes, and related app data.
• Data we may retain: limited records required for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security logs, or legitimate business obligations.
• Temporary copies: backup copies may remain for a limited period before being securely overwritten or deleted according to our backup cycle.

For Google Play Data safety purposes, our disclosures are intended to match how the app handles data in practice.

• Collected data: name, email address, financial records entered by the user, device identifiers, IP address, app activity, diagnostics, and technical logs.
• Shared data: limited data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, support, or legal service providers where necessary to operate the service.
• Security practices: data is transmitted over secure connections where supported, and access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems.
• Data sale: we do not sell personal or financial data.

The mobile app may request permissions only when needed to provide a feature. The exact permissions may depend on the version and platform.

• Internet access: used to sign in, synchronize account data, and provide the financial management service.
• Notifications: used for optional budget reminders, alerts, and important account messages if enabled by the user.
• Storage or files: used only if you export, import, download, or attach files such as reports or receipts.
• Camera: used only if a receipt scan or document capture feature is enabled and you grant permission.

We may use trusted third-party providers to host, secure, analyze, support, or process parts of the service. These providers may process limited data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Examples may include hosting providers, database providers, email delivery services, analytics tools, payment processors, crash reporting tools, or notification services. If additional SDKs are added in the future, this policy and our Google Play Data safety disclosures should be updated accordingly.
